Prediabetes, this is real, and is very common, but what is most important, it is reversable. When you have prediabetes, you will have higher sugar numbers than normal, but not high enough to be diagnosed with diabetes. With prediabetes you are at high risk to develop Type 2 Diabetes, you are at higher risk for heart disease and stroke.
What do you need to do to prevent it ? Simple Proven lifestyle changes, such eat less saturated fat, eat less sugar, drink water, and drop soda, instead eating the whole dessert by yourself , share it.
