They are people that always need companion or talk to someone. What about having some time alone? I love it. Many see it as a bad thing, but is actually not so. I find a lot of benefits spending time with just me . OK, also my dog Bacci and cat Spicy. Let me make it clear I am not talking about loneliness, that is different, that can lead to depression, heart problems, obesity, diabetes and other diseases. You can feel lonely even when surrounded by a lot of people. I am referring to spending time alone as taking time for myself. Time to relax, reduce rush, reduce anxiety ease my mind,since I have no one to impress. It gives me more time to try new things, new possibilities, look into new opportunities and more time to express who I really am.
