I start my day at 6am and have about 30 min. to get ready for work. And then is a busy highway ride to my clinic where I work.  My first patient will be waiting for me at 7. 45 am. I would never leave my house without having a glass of water with lemon. Is my first drink of a day.  The benefits go a long way. Helps with digestion, keeps me hydrated, helps control my weight, nice dose of vitamin C, prevents kidney stones,  makes skin shine. Start your day with Glass of water with lemon and enjoy 😉

Let's talk about health.

I'm a Nurse and my name is Loreta Gia Stare. I come from a small country Slovenia, former Yugoslavija where we write two alphabets and speak 5 Balkan languages. Presently I live and work in Florida, USA. 

In past seven years I have been working in internal medicine with MMR Healthcare (www.mmrhealthcare.com).My passion is  encouraging my patients to follow a healthy lifestyle. From experience I have learned that changing lifestyle and making healthier choices we can even reverse Diabetes. I have prevented many Prediabetic patients from  becoming Diabetic, they have achieved great results simply by eating healthier and staying more active. It is not an easy task but this is why I am here to encourage and motivate. My mission is Healthier and happier world 🌎 🙏.
